To use Quicker Cart, restaurant individuals must register and create an account, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and being responsible for all activities under their account.
Registration and Accuracy: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Notification of Breach: Users agree to immediately notify K K Technologies of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
Legal Age and Compliance: By registering for Quicker Cart, users affirm that they are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdictions.
Right to Terminate: K K Technologies reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Quicker Cart for any user who violates these Terms.
Quicker Cart's services may involve various charges, fees, and taxes, which will be disclosed to users at the time of transaction or as part of the subscription process.

K K Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Quicker Cart.
Service Provision: Quicker Cart is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
All intellectual property rights in and to Quicker Cart, including but not limited to design, structure, graphics, and content, are owned by or licensed to K K Technologies. Unauthorized use of any K K Technologies intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
K K Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, K K Technologies will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Quicker Cart will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
